We have built on tried and tested project management and quality systems to ensure delivery on time and in cost.
Our management services cover:
- EPC and EPCm contracts.
- Working to a range of industry standard contracts including NEC and JCT as well as working to our client’s bespoke contract requirements.
- Construction Design Management (CDM) including the production of Pre-Construction Information (PCI) packs, Construction Phase Plans (CPP), and final health and safety file handover as well as significant risk registers, and health risk assessments.
- Health and safety management through our own QHSE systems, bridging with the client’s QHSE systems and managing site risks through RAMS, Permits, Simultaneous Operations (SimOps) meetings, toolbox talks, site safety audits, and safety observation records.
