Wray Brown established Inspec in 2004, building on experience gained from operating within demanding, complex, and high hazard environments. Throughout the years Wray has led Inspec to form a strong core team of engineers capable of delivering a broad spectrum of projects. Wray has ultimate responsibility for Health and Safety, talent development, and business leadership here at Inspec.

Phil Edgerton has been with Inspec since 2006 and has made his way through the ranks to Technical Director, responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company including project management, innovation, and adherence to industry standards. His diverse professional journey and attainment of Chartered status underscore his dedication and expertise in the field.

Stuart Lake is an accomplished and highly experienced EC&I design engineer with a wide range of experience across several industry sectors. With a track record of producing complex designs including machinery safety, electrical distribution, and ATEX aspects Stuart is a proven design engineer, capable of managing multi-disciplined projects and design processes with a strong understanding of occupational health and safety.

Greg Skowron is a versatile engineer able to turn his hand to most engineering challenges, but, with a strong leaning towards Software Engineering and fault finding. Greg has developed many complex PLC, HMI and SCADA based control systems ranging from wastewater treatment plants to baked goods filling machines.

Kat Henning has a unique ability coming from a background as a technician and moving into an office-based role. Kat provides support to the Contracts arm of the business in the form of labour and resource allocation, purchase order processing, estimating, and quoting, as well as turning her hand to many technical engineering aspects. With a broad understanding of installation requirements and a keen eye for organising others Kat is a key member of the team, vital to the ongoing success of projects.

Holding a knowledgebase comprising; ATEX and DSEAR, Systems Integration, LV Electrical Design, and commissioning operating principally in the Pharmaceuticals, Petrochemicals and Oil and Gas sectors James is a developing engineering who is quickly picking up skills and experience in a wide variety of Electrical, Controls and Automation engineering. James has most notably displayed an aptitude for developing PLC based automation systems able to provide a turnkey solution from design to commissioning and all stages in between.

Starting with Inspec as a graduate engineer Lewis has been thrown in at the deep end and picked up a wealth of knowledge and experience as a result. A competent well rounded engineer Lewis can deliver on many technical aspects to electrical engineering, as well as providing critical project management and administration support to large, multidiscipline projects.

Sue Cressey has been with Inspec for most of their 20+ years and provides the backbone of the company in terms of ensuring all costs and accounts are accurate, payments are made on time, and all business-critical utilities are in place, from paying salaries, to rent, getting insurance in place and ensuring suppliers and sub-contractors are paid whilst clients are paying on time.

Ben Rozenbroek is a highly competent and experienced time served electrical technician and ATEX inspector with a proven track record of installation, testing, and inspection of all electrical, control and automation systems at LV and below including fire and gas detection systems, door access controls and building security systems. Having moved on from his tools Ben has successfully transitioned to Contracts Manager, responsible for the completion of a range of Contract works and managing teams of technicians and support admin staff to ensure works are completed to the highest standard, on cost, and in time.

Dave Trowell has long provided Facilities Maintenance support to the blue-chip pharmaceuticals sector, providing leadership and management to ensure all preventative maintenance, legionella-based maintenance, and critical maintenance activities are delivered to code and the Clients expectations.
