Say Hello to Kat
Meet Kat Henning, she has just returned to the office after completing her first 3-day module at North Lindsey College as part of the Leadership and Management Apprenticeship she is enrolled on. She joined Inspec Systems eighteen months ago after completing an Advanced Apprenticeship in Engineering Manufacture. Although wanting to keep her electrical skills updated and current, Kat indicated that she wanted to develop herself away from “the tools” and she has quickly adapted to office life and become a valued member of the design team here at Inspec. Kat has this week successfully delivered a well thought out presentation to the Inspec Systems Management team outlining key learning points and offering examples of how we could utilise what she has learned to assist our business development. Well done Kat, we look forward to adopting some of your ideas in the coming weeks.
